12 Small Things is a fashionable collection of fairly traded handmade products from artisans around the world in need of economic support. We work with established, trusted wholesalers and nonprofit organizations to source and secure products for our online store. 12 Small Things buys limited amounts of inventory, in order to feature new products each season. Similar products may be available on other websites if we are out of stock.

Shipping Information

12 Small Things is a small, home-based business and is not yet able to offer discounted shipping rates. You may select your carrier preference using the shipping information our website provides at checkout. We will ensure your package is shipped accordingly. A $2.00 handling fee is included for packaging and processing fees. We are required to collect a 9.5% sales tax on all orders shipped inside California.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchases from 12 Small Things. If you are unhappy with your selections and would like a refund or exchange, please return your items within 30 days for a refund to the credit card you used for your purchase. After 30 days, we will be happy to offer you credit towards your next purchase. Because our items are handmade, you may find small imperfections, which are the nature of these goods.
